Meridian is a partner in
USAID’s Population, Health,
and Nutrition
Technical Assistance and Support
Contract, Three (TASC3): HIV/AIDS Research Sector.
TASC3 is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), a funding
mechanism that helps USAID Missions and Bureaus to access
research expertise to answer critical questions surrounding
HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment. The partners of
this project can address country-specific research needs and
build in-country capacity for research through its combined
expertise.
Meridian’s partners include
FHI (Prime),
PATH,
and
University of North Carolina, Chapel
Hill (UNC), and eight prominent regional research
institutions. The partners have more than 80 years of
combined experience working in resource-constrained
countries
A special focus for Meridian is to create innovation through
research and partnerships between private industry, civil
society, and donor agencies that address global problems
through sustainable development. Meridian is dedicated to
advancing state-of-the-art marketing and communication
activities that promote improved health, gender equality,
and socio-economic development.
