Successful Partnerships
Meridian designs and implements health-related
initiatives in partnership with corporations, civil
society (NGOs), and the donor community.
Meridian has worked in Morocco and Ghana with
the American Chambers of Commerce as well as several
bi-lateral trade organizations (The Association of
Ghana Industries, The United States-Morocco Council
on Trade & Investment, etc.) to design projects that
help motivate local industry to address Family Planning and Reproductive Health
needs in the workplace.
In Brazil, Meridian
successfully partnered with Ethos (a local CSR
business association) to develop a manual “How to
Support Women’s Health” to guide its corporate
members. Meridian staff conducted CSR workshops in
Colombia and Guatemala in order to provide
leadership to local businesses and NGOs on new
CSR partnership approaches.
Meridian is also working with corporations and
reproductive health NGOs in Peru, Egypt, Guatemala,
and Bangladesh.
